This is a Fanfiction of one of my favourite Cartoon/comics I
have only managed to read the first chapter of this one and will be endeavouring
to finish it later tonight but from the first chapter its mainly situated

This fan fic is set it a reflective/narrative sense and was a interesting read. Not the best one i have read from this author but considering it was his/her first and English is not the native tongue i was impressed all the same.













around Asterix and Obelix who are main characters in the books and also one of
the other characters the Druid Getafix.
It starts out with Asterix in his hut being quite sick. Now
as someone who has never read fan fiction before this was really quite
interesting to me considering it have read all the Comics and never is Asterix
sick once. So to start of the script like this gives it quite a powerful beginning.
I also think that the author gets the interaction right between the three of the
characters.

Life Uncommon
This wee little fan fiction Is about Asterix and Getafix (village
druid) almost having a heart to heart of soughts out in the forest near to their
village. I think this one has been especially well done due to the constant
references to previous episodes in the episode and I feel that the writer manages
to convey a decent event in a small amount of time. It is quite evident that in
this fan-fic they have read the books and I truly fans of the comic series I particularly
like the reference that they do about the character Obelix which is quite
amusing.

This is a very good piece where a 'well known' fear that all the Gauls have in terms of the Sky falling on there heads and leads for a very interesting read for any Asterix lover such as myself.

I am starting to really enjoy this authors fan fic. Its quite a cleaver plot and the more i read of his/her stuff the more i enjoy it.

Quite impressive innovation with the made up character also.
